The purpose of this study is to improve the practices of Hairdressing Skills in enhancing students’ mastery of the scalp manipulation topic. During the Movement Control Order (MCO), vocational teaching and learning could not be conducted face-to-face, leading to a decline in students’ mastery of this topic. The BRS initiative was implemented as an intervention integrating the use of technology. The key implication of this study is to guide practitioners in planning, implementing, and evaluating daily teaching strategies that emphasise skills-based learning.
